It depends on scope. Project-based engagements typically run 60–120 days. Fractional CHRO arrangements are ongoing and structured on a monthly retainer. We define timelines clearly before work begins.
Both. Most strategic work is delivered effectively in a hybrid model. For engagements that require on-site presence, culture diagnostics, team workshops, embedded CHRO work, we travel based on the scope and geography.
We price based on scope, not time-and-materials. After the discovery call and diagnostic phase, we provide a fixed-fee proposal so you know exactly what the engagement costs before committing.
That's the point of the discovery call. Many of our best engagements began with a client who wasn't sure what they needed, they just knew something wasn't working. We'll help you figure out the right starting point.
